We make the dump truck box for our EU customer ,and the customer assemble the box on the chassis in their local workshop .The chassis includes FORD ,IVECO etc.In order to improve the loading efficiency ,we divide the box into five boards (front ,rear ,left ,right ,bottom ),and load the boards layer by layer . This is a classical OEM metal welding, the manufacture process is :lazer cutting ,bending ,machining ,welding ,painting ,packaging ,loading . The box has two types of welding steel material :carbon steel sheet and galvanized steel sheet .For the carbon steel sheet ,the primary painting is electric painting ,and the coat painting is liquid painting .
